Ena Smajkan

Ena is a proud mom originally from Bosnia and raised in Utica, NY. Her love of fitness and travel found the perfect match in karate, which opened doors to both. A nine-time member of the AAU USA National Karate Team, Ena brought home an impressive 15 international medals - with her favorites, of course, being the three golds she earned at the World Championships in Japan, Australia, and Germany. Though she retired early from competition during COVID, Ena shifted her focus to helping others move and thrive. She earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy and continues to share her passion for movement, wellness, and empowerment.
