- Overstimulation & the Mom Brain: quick talk on what happens in the nervous system when moms are overwhelmed (fight-or-flight, sensory overload).
- Why Movement Matters: explain how bilateral/alternating movements activate both brain hemispheres and calm the nervous system.

Kickboxing in Action
- Warm-up with cross-body movements
